Every game on Boredinary comes with the same guarantee: if it was not worth what you paid, you get the full price back. No questions asked means exactly that. You do not need a reason, and we will not ask for one.
Email hello@boredinary.com within 30 days of your purchase, from the email address you bought with, and tell us which game. That is the whole process.
We refund the full amount to the payment method you paid with, in the currency you paid in. We process refunds within two days; banks then take 5 to 10 business days to show the money, PayPal and wallets usually less. The game returns to locked on your account once the refund is issued.
This guarantee sits on top of your statutory rights, including those under UK and EU consumer law; it never replaces or reduces them.
